§01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bup777 ("bup777," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bup777 website located at bup777.net and all associated services, applications, games, and features offered thereon.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, accessing any game or betting market, or making any deposit into a bup777 account, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Failure to pass KYC verification will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

§03 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active bup777 account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — defined as any second or subsequent account held by the same individual, whether registered under the same or a different name, email address, mobile number, GCash account, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately upon detection, and all balances across duplicate accounts may be permanently forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Currency and Conversion

§05 Bonuses & Promotions

bup777 offers a range of promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards — at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus amount or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates or not at all.

§06 Gameplay Rules & Integrity

In the event of any discrepancy between a game's on-screen display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed the authoritative outcome.

§09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bup777 platform — including but not limited to the bup777 brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, game assets, software interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of bup777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bup777 content without prior written authorization.

§10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bup777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of the bup777 platform, even if bup777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bup777's aggregate liability to any individual player for direct damages shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bup777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bup777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. bup777 makes no guarantee regarding the availability of any specific game, market, or feature at any given time.

§11 Privacy & Data

bup777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the bup777 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

bup777 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to retain certain player transaction records for a minimum period. Player data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Regulatory disclosures to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence authorities are made as required by law.

§12 Suspension & Termination

bup777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• Prohibited conduct, as defined in Section 8, is detected or reasonably suspected
• KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe
• A regulatory or law enforcement directive requires account action
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2
• Account activity indicates potential problem gambling behavior requiring protective intervention

Upon termination for cause, bup777 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs without fault on the player's part, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting bup777 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed normally.

§13 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the bup777 platform, you agree to first contact bup777 customer support to seek an informal resolution. The support team is available 24/7 via live chat in both Tagalog and English. bup777 will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. bup777 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

These Terms and all disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bup777 platform.

§14 Amendments to These Terms

bup777 may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the bup777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
